Two brothers recognised a problem. They made a plan to fix it. They made it work. Back in the Game.

In 2013 Sam's best friend passed away. 'Pinners' was as good a person you could hope to meet. He was a family man. He was fit as a fiddle. In his memory, a group of friends completed Tough Mudder, UK. Sam trained the group remotely, with many of them enjoying significant physical transformations. They completed the 12-mile course. They loved the event and immediately asked ‘what’s next?’ They felt energised and healthier. They were accountable and connected to each other. And, importantly, they also saw their own vulnerabilities. We had a responsibility to ourselves and to our families, to prioritise our health.

Back in the Game was born.

And in the spirit of their much-missed friend, BITG adopted Pinners’ mantra: Onwards
